XL Recycling offers a wide range of high-quality recycled Polyethylene (rPE). Our rPE are produced out of post-consumer waste from commercial & industrial sources or pre-consumer wastes.

Our products

All our product range is designed to perfectly fit with high integration rates above 50% in demanding film applications, from 25µ to 150µ. They are daily used in packaging films such as collation shrink films, hygiene bags or various industrial applications. Our R&D teams can help you formulate our rPE into your application and support you to reach client or regulatory targets and eco-bonuses.

Pellets requirements

Global features

Each batch is homogenized for color, shape/size and quality. Each pellet respects granulometry and size defined. We guarantee less than 0.1% of other polymers in our pellets.

Remark : additional lab analyses can be provided upon request (such as surface impurities content or SVHC content levels, melting point,…)

Logistic requirements

Pellets come in big-bag open, covered with a hood held by a stretch film. Big-bag is tight and waterproof Still inside storage is strongly recommended to avoid condensation issues.

Traceability of the material

Each Big-bag is labelled with traceability informations (date of production, name of product,..).

Transport

All Big-bags are strapped, in order to avoid collapse risk when the tension is released during unloading work. European deliveries organized on a daily basis from our 4 shipment sites.
